The Innovation HyperCube framework – Application Scenarios
The Innovation HyperCube can be applied in different scenarios :
- à priori: for defining and elaborating an innovation strategy,
- in daily operations: in the daily functioning of an innovation or digital transformation programme,
- à posteriori: to analyse and understand at the end of an innovation project, what went right or wrong (and correct it)
